No idea Turncoat. You'd have to ask the lawyer that wrote it. 

Stop worrying about it so much, it's meant to serve as a template. So you know what it might look like.

You guys should submit your own, or if you like make revisions to this, and submit it.

That's exactly the type of jargon I'm talking about. To say something about this and receive "don't worry about it" in response is telling. 

I get that you're running a business but it's just that. Not a dictatorship. Not an experiment in human behavior. At this point I don't see where you can be involved without operating outside your own terms. We've seen it time and again. Everyone else simply agreeing and checking yes does nothing in the grand scheme of things. 

I do agree with having ToS to protect posters from a legality standpoint but it's naive to think this is the answer for the behavioral issues that arise.

Lol I do get it. But this is pretty typical of standard terms. As long as the admin/owner is involved to such a degree problems will keep coming up. You will be protected by some means. The issue isn't that ToS can help, it's that direct involvement is tied to emotional response of an owner that is also a poster.
