The Real Hustle is another one on the top of my list. It's better than Breaking Bad actually. You can learn more from it.
I also like that show The Apprentice quite a lot. If there was any show I'd like to go on it would be that one, just for the challenge alone.

I like the first 48 but it gets somewhat repetitive, I mean most of time black dude shot other black dude over a beef or some drugs but hey it's always interesting to watch the cops work and sometime there's a good 'storyline'.
I wouldn't say that Dr Von Hagens shows are TV shows per se more like specials but the man's a genius (and I love his hats and the accent). I wish I had seen his 'Body Worlds' expo.
One show that had a good concept but was highly repetitive too was 'Most Evil'. It was interesting enough because of all the science part of the show but on the other hand every damn episode was about the same old serial killers.
