If you could commit a perfect crime, would you do it?

bank of america

My favorite heist took place in the early '90s but I don't remember all the details.

What I do remember though is that two guys posed as cops and asked to enter a museum because of a disturbance complaint and the gullible security guards let them in.

As soon as they're inside the fake cops forced the guards down to the basement at gun point and tied them up.

Then they proceed to rob the place of a lot of valuables paintings just by cutting them off their frame.

The results: millions of dollars in stolen art (I guess they already had buyers aligned or they knew a good fence).

so I am curious why you think age is limiting your options?

If my goal is not to get caught then I must do it in another country or at least province.

Its not that I dont know how to drive, its I dont have a vehicle to drive and sure as hell dont have the money to get one any time soon. Plus I'm completely reliant on my parents so until I become self-sufficient, the idea is out of the question.

But the the main problem is I will not do it where I live. You dont shit where you eat if you know what I mean.

"The perfect crime is the one that was never committed."
When I was watching the anime Higurashi, this was said. I'm not sure if it was quoted from someone else, since I didn't do any research. I thought of it when I came across your question and thought it'd be fitting to add it.

Even if I had a way to ensure I couldn't get thrown into jail for it, I probably still wouldn't. It's not worth the trouble to go through all that work for someone you don't care about. And having it be someone you don't like would be a problem as there'd be a link.
Now, if it was legal, that's a different case. I have a few people I wouldn't mind killing, but unless I met them on the street or they happened to annoy me or something, I probably wouldn't bother.

Also, getting a lawyer right after you murder someone would be a little suspicious, as the person may be reported missing. A link could technically be formed, and unexpected things could always suddenly happen as well, which is why it's better to get a lawyer long before you commit a crime.

Realistically, you've only gotta go to another town that's not too close to your own. You could go over states lines, which may reduce the risks to some degree, but if you fuck up in some way, it won't make much of a difference which state you're in. Law enforcement from different jurisdictions have been known to work together when a case requires it.

I work in a morgue, so therefor, I am pretty sure that this perfect crime will come back to me.

So first credit where credit is due this is based on a hypothetical that Thrill Kill asked in another thread. Let me quote her:

Now, I'm not going to ask you if you would murder someone in a dark, deserted alley with no witnesses, because it would be easy for you or anyone else to say yes. What is easy to say, may not be so easy to do. Of course, you could always find out for yourself...

I'm also curious about what would people answer to that one.

No. Stupid waste of time. Nothing to be gained.

Yes. That's what most people don't get. It's because of the thrill. We would have a reason. It's a thrill.

lol...lame thrill. The thrill would be to knock  off  the retarded fuck of a "thrill seeker" after the fact. I just a need a little bit of a reason for the stupid shit.

I would pick and grind up some water hemlock then dry it out and mix it with some weed, roll it into joints and sell them to people and have a few hundred people die during their high.
