Some places don't have a libary and they could of been the free wifi for the area someone who managed to have enough money to help the neighbor hood and someone got the whole neighbor good banned from the site and like a few people would visit here or portentialy then they tell their friends and their friends tell their friends

also the fact they were making a website for anonymous yet block the use of anonymous browsing would make anyone who supports freedom of the internet to make bad rumors of this site

Clearing a few things up:

This only affects registration of new accounts. Existing accounts such as Edvard's are unaffected.

That means they can still log in with Tor. Future users also can do so.

Note: The catch for future users, of course, would be getting that administrative approval.
