It's not my leadership that sucks. I've lead successful raids before (not in this situation though). It's those I was trying to motivate that are the problem. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.
Sure, some ideas were presented, but only a few people seemed interested. Most people here are too useless to do anything except complain. I wanted this to be fun, which meant more participation than just a few.
