You should at least make ranks based off of good raids, and the roles each user took in the raid. As in raid points. Then have raid ranks.
I personally think that invading one of those Underground MMA forums would be fun.
The attacks have to be strategic, not just randomly performed.
I'm not usually a team player, but in this instance, it's essential we work effectively as a team and make our end goal very clear so that we can all achieve it together. That way, we'll do the most damage in the shortest time.
We need to figure out what we're specifically going to target within the targeted forum as well.
What about an Al-Quaeda or white supremacist forum. Since they're extremists they could be easy to troll.
For instance with Al-Quaeda someone could post something like this:
"I like the style of your beheadings but you should do what mexican cartels do and use blunt knives it enhances the moment."

by Luna Preythere is no need for me or anyone to lead.
Well, that's a pity. It was my idea, so I personally believe I should lead the 'troops' into combat.
Oh, please. You can't even hold your own here. :p
Leaders don't have to be appointed. They make themselves known, and do what comes naturally.
That said, count me out of this. I waste enough time as it is.

Failed bait attempt. You should work on that.
Leaders don't have to be appointed. They make themselves known, and do what comes naturally.
Leaders are usually appointed in organized groups and many make themselves known by asserting their position as leader, so that their subordinates know who to follow. This can be done not only verbally, but also through action.
Without any form of strategic organization it may as well be the blind leading the blind.
