I tend to think it's a sign of being alone too much. I know when I've avoided social interaction for too long in the past I'd mutter thoughts to myself instead of just think them.

Talking to yourself is far too common a thing to really assign as a trait of disorder.

I talk to myself when alone. 

I suspect all abusive people would talk to themselves. A life spent secretly exploiting your victim(s) while publicly maintaining the 'nice guy' image would border on multiple personality.

I've been noticing that I speak to myself as if in 3rd person.

Especially when Im plotting, I'll use "we" instead of I. I'm not anti social or have any knowledge of a disoder or condition. 

 Can't say I've ever been done that myself.

Does this mean anything, I've been thinking about this for a while.
