It's possible to have those on two spectrums; the Autism one and the ASPD umbrella.

Look at Adam Lanza's case; sounds psychopathic.

Most Autistic feel empathy, they may not always show it.

However there stands to reason some Autistic ones may suffer from psychopathy or another disorder under the AntiSocialPersonality Umbrella. 

Of course the controversy would piss off a lot of parents of Autistic children who don't have a mean bone in their body. Likely why the media didn't dive into Lanza's Autistic Diagnosis too much and when they did they had kid gloves on.

It's not impossible for a aspie to have aspd matter of fact aspergers is known for coming as a "package" with other disorders, most commonly ocd and adhd though. But the question is does this aspie really have aspd or do they simply have difficulty showing feelings and/or if aspie is especially clever they may purposely refuse to show any kind of feelings to the majority of people has a self defense technique to keep there weaknesses a secret from everyone, "I do this personally". I don't feel I'm a aspie with aspd what I think is I refuse to show feelings or remorse or anything to most people making people look at me and think I'm a psychopath. Although my conscious does work differently my conscious tells me not to do something because I could get caught not because it's wrong I have never not done something just because it's wrong in my whole life and when I say sorry to someone I never mean it I'm just sorry I got caught. I don't believe in morals I do have my own personal code but it's based off what I believe not what I'm told to believe I believe morals are relative so I refuse to adopt the normal views, I'm a nonconformist.
