Because it's the kind of post I would expect from a braggart - one who is lying to compensate for their insecurities, which the truth would reveal.

See, your opinion should not be immediately discounted. Many people do indeed result to bragging in order to compensate for their failings. Especially on forums such as this.

I however, am not one of them.

The combination of a sociopath and a Tiger Mother makes for some interesting parenting techniques, to be sure. But I have not lied - not about a single one of my achievements.

Now the question naturally arises: you, who have described yourself as a success, doubt my own successes. Why is that? Is it that you believe that my own triumphs are impossible due to my upbringing? You have said yourself that you enjoy being underestimated. I recommend that you check yourself before you underestimate anyone else. You, who have professed to obtaining a power trip at being underestimated. So, Thrill, do I. There are others on this forum who will immediately be able to tell why you disgust me.

That's what you tell us, but the fact is, we don't know that for certain because we haven't seen any proof that backs up your claims. Only a fool believes everything they're told.

Personally, I think you're just a troll and this isn't even your primary account. I have my suspicions on who I think you really are, but I'm going to keep that to myself. It's more amusing this way.

Success is subjective. To me, success simply means getting what I wanted - be it money off someone, a reaction I was seeking or winning a game.

I have no idea whether you're successful or not. I simply pointed out that you could be compensating for your own failures as far as I know.

No, I simply don't believe you're a genuine person. Therefore, anything you post is likely a bunch of bullshit.

I don't enjoy being underestimated at all, but I do see the advantages of it. The power trip comes from doing the things that some people think I'm incapable of. What's frustrating is not being able to tell people that the things they think I can't do are the things I've already done.

Okay, if I quote this whole paragraph, it's going to get messy, so I'll just respond to your posts one by one, in order.

Firstly, you don't have to believe a word I said. I never tried to tell you that you did. You're the one who created this thread, asking for our life stories. You also stated that a certain degree of fiction was acceptable to you, so I shall leave it to you to decide what, if anything, is factual.

Secondly, please do tell me who you think I'm cowering behind. No one's come forward to deny that I'm a puppet account, so the forum, my lady, is all yours. You have the floor. Don't be afraid to name names.

We happen to agree on the definition of success. As I've said before, my only ambitions in life, for as long as I can remember, were/are to become an elite gymnast and a doctor. I'm a former elite gymnast, so we can check that off the list. Presuming I get through the next four years of medical school, I'll be a doctor, too.

When you say that you enjoy completing things that people believe you to be incapable of, that is in fact a testament to your own enjoyment of being underestimated. There's nothing wrong with that.

Finally, my initial post on this thread is enough to tell you why you disgust me. Figure it out for yourself.

The things I've mentioned are not things that would disgust me in a person, so you're going to have to clarify what it is that specifically disgusts you about me and why. I'm curious.
