They just kept posting, did not stop to complain, and their posts are fine. I happen to like Venator's response.

I would reply similar to V question and say the point is to let ppl do things their way where they are most motivated to be effective productive and in natural harmony.

As for slaves vs bosses or workers vs managers, we would take turns equally. Whoever is on charge of business team leads the others, or the media fundraising team, or the construction property mgmt team etc. So part of community building and mgmt traininng is learning different roles and rotating in teams so it is equal.

Its just an expression of her internal conflicting issues where that part is her problem to fix. So if she doesnt take any steps to change her part of the equation, of course the problem stays stuck and doesnt change.

I can keep working on solving the bigger equation this is part of. I can work on my part and myself, but can't help TK with her part only she can figure out and change. Thats her job not mine.
