That scenario in the first video has been discussed here before and on forums I've frequented in the past and I've always said I'd have no problem pushing the fat guy in front of the train and not because he's fat, but simply because it looks better on me (for appearance's sake) to kill one guy and save five lives, then to do nothing and let five people die.

It has nothing to do with caring about the five people and everything to do with how I'm perceived in the public eye. Sure, people might complain that I killed one dude, but they'd get over it.
