If I wish to have a convo with Rass, Silk, and Hyper, for an example, is there a way to do that?

not trying to be a pain in the ass, just sharing ideas, but i think that it would be kind of cool if one could click on someone's icon, the individuals that are online, and to open up a private chat that way. 

just sayin'! ;)
