I've been trying to think of ideas to start a new topic that may lead to some interesting discussion and I'm coming up blank at the moment. So, I thought I'd ask you guys what things you like to discuss.

how about
1. soul-mates, how to describe/define a soul mate, how do you know, do you have stories good or bad
2. have you ever bashed someone so bad about their religious beliefs, they lost faith and went batshit nuts
3. brutal humor: favorite comedian, your favorite video link or "funny email" that you think is a classic treasure
Mask, sympathy and empathy aren't that different. Empathy implies you have been through a similar situation. Sympathy implies you understand their point of view without necessarily going through it. The key is to try and use what anyone would be able to figure out, i.e. sympathy, and use it in a way with implies empathy(actually feeling.) Thats my two cents.
