I know that associations with eating certain foods or animals is culturally conditioned. Still with those reality shows i wonder what allows ppl to turn off neg associations to eat grubs or spiders. As for the roaches bred in china i think those are american cockroaches. At least we're good for something, the largest roaches. Great.

Don't those reality shows usually offer money as the prize to the winner? Money is a strong motivator.

Offer me enough money and I'd probably eat anything too.
