The logic is even though you did not specify the damage done, there is a higher chance you will be beaten in prison. I have no desire to be put into prison, thank you very much. Also this would be a fun experiment of how i would plan my revenge. I think i would wait over a month not to raise any suspicion. If he was willing to beat me for stealing food, it means he is not very careful. This would make him an easy target to assault or kill. If not use violence, i would attempt to make a case against him, if the evidence supports me. Also, i would fight back, as it was not stated that he wouldent be damaged as well. You also did not mention whether he makes it out alive, inferring that i could kill him and claim self defence, regardless of whether i stole. So many variables and possibilities....Im starting to like this.

This is the situation: You have to steal food from a store because you are starving and will die if you don't eat food.  You know you can probably get away with it but there is always the chance you might get caught because nobody is perfect.

If you get caught in Store A, the owner will call the police and you'll spend 6 months in jail.

If you get caught in Store B, the owner won't call the police, but will beat the fuck out of you then let you go home.

Which store do you pick and why?

If I had to choose, knowing the outcome, store A because a cost versus benefit analysis says I got away with it a lot in the past and I hardly ever get caught (it is the safest route)...

both choices are actually equal, at least at the initial stage, because a man who commits crime normally assumes he will get away every time (and usually he does)

You realize your justification for choosing A is rather absurd, right?

someone already said the need to eat would be satisfied by going to jail (very true)

get off my dick

You do not know the outcome, all you know is what happens if you are caught. Also the poster modified saying that it was a one time thing. Maybe you did not read that part. Also you were not asked to edit...As for your dick, i dont remember going on it.

read this dumbass..u assumed plenty based on the alleged outcomes in the original qustn

I think the important thing should be answering hypers true question which was WHAT CHOICE DO YOU MAKE AND WHY versus putting your own dynamics in her already dynamic scenario

You said you edited the post, wouldent that infer you are putting your own dynamics in the scenario? I , however just gave my opinion. Terribly sorry to disappoint, but you are the "dumbass".

I simply asked a question. You made yourself look more foolish then usual.
