I search for work tomorrow.
After my exams in july, I decided to work, I started in september but I lost the Job in october, it was too boring to do it for a long time.
I'll start studying next autumn, maybe I become a lawyer. Fighting for justice lol I'll fight for my clients, the gangleaders.
Or I become gangleader myself.
Until then, I need some money and new experience, new acquaintances and so on...

I burned out trying to write up the restoration plans because ppl arent ready to fix it themselves
they keep thinking we can afford to spend billions on political campaigns trying to hire out the work to ppl who won't listen so it is just about hopeless cuz of deadlocking that blocks ppl minds and ears from hearing solutions
that's where America is right now. all these solutions and we can't agree to work together and push anything through. so resources all go to fighting politically for office that could be invested directly in solutions instead.

I would suggest whatever work you do
invest your salary into buying investment property so you can retire off the rental income. all th e independently wealthy people do this with either housing or commercial property.
part of the plan I tried to write up to get our neighborhood out of poverty is to set up a school to teach buying managing and renting housing apts and businesses to retire on sustainable income. to get people OUT of poverty.

The key is using credit to borrow money to buy property worth more; then after you buy it, you REFINANCE it at a higher value. You use the new loan to pay off the old loan. And you pocket the difference which DOESN'T count as income because it is a loan a debt. So you don't pay taxes on it. And the property is priced where the monthly rent exceeds what you pay on the loan. So you are paid to buy the property. you make money off borrowing it.
It has to be priced right, where even the rental rate you ask is below the competing rates, and you still profit.

its not just a difference in physical status, but the whole mental status changes if people rent or if they own rental property and get paid profits everytime they purchase more to rent out. of course poor people stay poor this way.
