Showing your true colours

Ironiclly the more you get past your fear of fear, you will get the answers you wanted or needed. 1. Why label or limit yourself or others. Lefthanded makes you different in a right handed world but its nothing to be ashamed of. As you decide not to judge yourself or others but be curious and open about differences like an innocent child then others will not be so afraid either. Ppl sense fear so get rid of yours by embracing and forgiving differences and misunderstandings 2. Try not to see yourself or others through that lens. Try to find something special in everuone and focus on that not their label. Challenge your own perception to change and other ppl wont bother you so much 3. Understand if other ppl.judge you its cuz they fear they are judged and project that onto you. You address and change your fears. Let other ppl be responsible for their own feelings.  You will have plenty of work just dealing with yourself and no time to think of other ppl problems. When you really focus on improving yourself it will feel positive and even fun. So find that place and work from there. Dont fear change but embrace the challenge. Do what you love and the rest will follow. If you want honest acceptance then treat others that way and they will reciprocate. I am super empathetic. Btw and learn most from friends who are objective like pure atheists and political opposites etc. You will be glad you are you if you knew how much trouble i get into sharing equally with ppl. I need to learn to tell ppl off and quit abusing my help like babies.

I don't think you should tell people things they don't understand.  Just try to relate to them in ways they do understand and find things you have in common so you can enjoy spending time together.  If you know someone long enough, they start to figure you out and they describe you in ways that make sense to them, which means they accept you because they like you.

If you really want to talk to someone in real life about your feelings there are therapists.  They're trained to say understanding things and sympathize.  But they'll try to give you advice so if you just want to talk and say things try a confession booth.

you should chat with fellow socios about it and it seems like there are cool peeps here who'd be willing to share some stories.

talking to empaths you'd be throwing away your "free out of jail" card. generally speaking you'd be freaking them out.
