I love working out and do something almost every day. Boot camp, am getting into spinning, love it!! Climbing or running up steps and hills, i'm lucky to live in a place that provides lots of outdoorsy activities and natural obstacles, so it's really fun to be able to workout outside. I love kayaking, dancing, I take dance classes at least twice a week, samba and salsa are especially fun. I go hiking on the weekends, i love walking for hours so i do that on the weekends too. Love all things that challenge me and make me stronger.

I've done 3 mud obstacle course runs, 3 half marathons. I run 2-3 days per week mileage right now is on th elow end since I'm not preparing for anything. The other 2 days I do split body weight lifting. No machines. Barbells and dumb bells only please. I spent 2 years with a personal trainer that ended in May so I no longer do 2 a days, but I did for a long time. Working on being able to dead lift my body weight. Only about 10 pounds away from that goal.
Diet is low to no carb because of my diabetes.
by cluelessMy current routine is to do one or two of these: http://litealloy.com// (she also has DVDs you can order on amazon which are great. Each workout is about 8-15 minutes and pretty tough) and then afterwards I run for about 30 minutes daily.
I did the Insanity 60-day program and if you can keep up and stick to it, it really took my body up another level. It's incredibly boring and painful, though.
you remind me of this crack smoking unicorn running around
I hate going to the gym because I feel like a hamster on a wheel and it's inside and the air sucks. If I do, I just do the elliptical thing. Or sauna/swimming.
I like to dance and I walk pretty much everywhere I go so that is my workout routine. Dancing is good exercise if you do it right.
I try to eat healthy, real food like meat, eggs, veggies, fruit, etc. instead of processed carbohydrate stuff. It really is more healthy, and you feel better when you do it.
