Pets are too great of a temptation to torture and kill? And you're friends of people because you want to enjoy their pets? Wtf... How old are you? Are you related to Thrill Kill?
Dear Diarist: Do you believe in karma between people and animals? I have friends who put animals above people, while most put people above animals. One of my friends believes the souls of animals and people are "equal" in responsibility, that animals have free will to make choices as people do, but I disagreed. I said people were designed to have greater responsibility, and even where animals have choices, the reactions and limitations are skewed because of HUMAN karma -- so that is still people's karma more than it is the animals' responsibility.
Do you have any sense at all how your actions toward people or animals might affect YOU and what consequences YOU face in life?
Do you not know, not care, not believe, or not bother even considering?
Do you suspect that this comes back to you, but you are okay with that?

No relation to me.
I never tortured or killed pets for the pleasure of it. I hurt and killed my pets out of anger. Well, I hurt them out of anger. I don't recall feeling any emotion with the ones I killed. It was simply a means to an end and nothing more.
Ive never liked animals much, but a friend of my mine had a kitten i thought was cute. I immediately wanted to steal it.
I ended up sleep on his couch that night with the kitty, it ended up climbing onto my face in my sleep and doing that wierd thing cats do where they dig there claws into somthing and pull them out again.
Being that the kitty scratched my face my first reaction was to sling it against teh wall. But i stopped and just sat the kitty on the floor.
I guess i never really felt any attachments to a pet, but maybe it was just the novelty of the cute kitty i liked
