As for loosing money, she has the ability to fuck with the internal workings of the very site you have posted on 1265 times. If she is 'loosing money', what would you call what you are doing here?
Semantics aside, she is actually the boss here. She might have been just like you and been posting here anyway, yet she was smart enough to make it her own, claim the bragging rights and possibly secure legitimate business from it.

The security and update issues are there because they're not really motivated (and especially not obligated) to work their asses off for ungrateful bastards like us. There are serious clients they have to please at the same time.
And of course you don't come here for the site, but for the content, ffs... It's a fucking forum. Who the fuck comes to a forum just to stare at the pretty design and features.
According to a post Luna made a while ago, she told M.E. she wanted to make a forum for SW and M.E. said ok. Luna didn't ask for money so M.E. was getting it for free. Luna should've asked before she made it. If Luna wants M.E. to pay for it now, she should think of some way for the forum to add enough value to SW so that M.E. wants to keep it.
