I don't believe in hurting animals just for the sake of hurting them, but I do think that we should be able to "use" animals if it helps humans in any way. We're at the top of the food chain, act like it.

Human rights before animals, but most people are hypocrites when it comes to being animal lovers. Eating a cow or pig is no better than eating a cat or dog. I'd rather someone just be honest and say they don't really care much about animals in general aside from selfish desires than pick and choose.

I do not mind animals eaten for food I do wish they were treated better in captivity like in the old days when farmers nurtured their animals instead of cooping them up and shoving them with steroids. I do like to buy the meats that say they have no steroids or hormones in raising the animals. I do avoid buying real fur coats and such because I saw a video where foxes were skimmed alive for their fur and then just thrown on the ground. I could probably go vegetarian the only weakness I have is chicken and their eggs. I do not care much to eat any other animal.

Chicken wings, chicken fejitas, chicken burgers, scrambled eggs, french toast, cake, chicken fingers, chicken soup, chicken thighs ... I even only eat chicken hot dogs. I do not eat the cow or pig hot dogs.

Does anybody support them? I think it is a load of bull. Every now and then a Facebook friend will share a photo supporting animal rights, or to end animal abuse. The photo will be a burnt and beaten dog, or a pile of cats in a ditch. I find the photos humorous, but most folks who comment on these photos say things along the lines of "THEY SHOULD GET THE DEATH PENALTY" or "WHAT FUCKING SICKOS, HOPE THEY BURN IN HELL" I'll respond with "it's a Damn dog, who cares?" To which the general population will say " YOUR FUCKED UP, YOUR GONNA START KILLING PEOPLE YOU PSHCOPATH, THEY SHOULD LOCK YOU UP".

I don't get the rage.

Some care more for animals than others do. They're conscious beings. I feel a burned and beaten dog is no less grotesque than a burnt and beaten human. I feel like you'd leave the same comment about a human in that situation, so I'm not sure why you'd single out animal abuse. Is it because you perceive them as lower forms of beings?

Chicken is actually the easiest meat to replicate the taste of. If you don't want to eat chickens it's easy to find foods that can replace it.

Eggs too? I mean even the it would be an improvement considering eggs are almost what people consider fetuses and abort.

I don't know about eggs, but there are vegan alternatives for everything that people rave about so it can't hurt to try.

I feel the same way about a lot of things. I like animals a lot more than people, which is something quite recent. In my youth I enjoyed killing animals and reptiles, sometimes in torturous ways. I regret it all now of course, and I think anybody who harms an animal deserves to be tortured or killed in the same fashion. I don't get the moralism, but I guess it comes from a misanthropy. If anything deserves torture and death, it's human beings. Since I can't just advocate the torture and murder of people, it usually helps to fit in with the rabble of people filled with self righteous indignation. When they see a pedophile, they demand his hanging... I can use that visceral hatred to further my own selfish ends. To have fun with killing people, like a sadistic executioner or torturer in the middle ages. Society will have use for me yet.
