 Seriously RF and Slimey. If RF is really 16, I don't know the laws in which country apply to whom. But I worry ppl could seriously get in trouble for sexual language that could be taken out of context as trying to seduce or lure a MINOR.

RF if I were your mother or teacher or any adult even indirectly responsible for your welfare and safety, I would not have you on here without parental knowledge especially if you are really an underaged student living at home where your mother is legally responsible for you. something goes wrong, people take things wrong, you could or she could get in trouble if people want to make an issue.

Luckily these ppl seem to be decent, but I don't know ppl on here. How do we know there isn't some pervert who really is sick and trying to lure minors?

What if authorities went tracking one person and saw this kind of joking going on. They may not see it that way. People get charged for stupid stuff.

If you are 18 or whatever the legal age is, that's fine. But as long as you are the legal responsibility of someone else, things like this could get someone in trouble.

Sorry but we have legal responsibilities here as long as some ppl are underage.

 It was the jokes about any "physical contact" between you and adult members on this board. All it takes is a vengeful ex or lawyer to take that out of context, claim someone is having online sex with a minor, and someone could lose custody or have to go through legal bureaucracy and nonsense to prove it was bogus.

I saw one post where you joked about touching TK if you want to edit that out.

People can be abusive and try to use things to blackmail or extort people online.

We may know who was really kidding. But someone with ill intent can twist that and make trouble. If someone decided to be mean to Luna or anyone here, they could make up false reports and get this shut down.

I was worried about posting adult jokes on here but since it's fiction and not about contact with minors, that should be safe. If you want to go through your msgs and make sure you did not post anything about making contact. Asking about health questions is one thing. Most schools require parental permission to discuss certain subjects. When I taught in a private school, if we took any photos or recordings of students, they signed a waiver giving permission from the legal guardian to use their information image etc.

Maybe to be safe, if you go to school, can you find out what is the school policy on students interacting with adults who are not school staff? What is the policy? Maybe we can follow something similar to keep Luna/forum clear of any liability.

 Graduated already. General diploma, online school. 

People have shut down websites and harassed administrators if things went wrong. I can see you and RF and others are on the up and up. But others who may have ill intent can deliberately twist things if they want to play destructive games and threaten people. I got myself and my landlord threatened with bogus lawsuits just because I let a friend stay there, he got mad at me, and went after everyone.

 You really are into screwing the rules and testing and challenging them. Be careful. the legal system makes money off people fighting over stupid stuff like this
