guys, before we give our tribe a cause, we need to examine each member's special skills. 

the thing about success is that it's really really difficult unless you have a strong emotional association with that goal. most people can forge that association by simply choosing a frield they find a lot of fascination in. something they enjoy.

each one of us should consider what we can contribute to our group. it goes without saying i will be contributing ninja computer skills

Of course not. I can't consider anyone's feelings when I'm describing reality objectively. When I said: "unicorns are lame", I was just pointing out a fact; describing reality in its entirety and, of course, your feelings had to be discarded :D

 i was actually considering ways of which this system can be managed. my idea was that this tribe would have "elders". we will also have a voting based system for which elders can contribute proposed changes and then everyone has an opportunity to vote on. 

with this system, everyone gets a say while the long-time members get a bit of respect within the tribe.
