 I've done that too. Never to the point of wanting to drown the creature, but certainly hitting, in fits of rage. It hasn't happened in many, many years. You can re-build the relationship with patience, and a consistent, soft hand.

 I agree. I find trolling amusing on occassion but this is not one of those occassions. I'm simply being honest.

 I nearly killed her. I can't believe I took it that far. I love that sweet little puppy. But I've been far kinder to her recently. And she is warming back up to me.

Chana, you sound like an idiot when you "txt spk". I dont see how using 3 letter abbreviations instead of 4 letter words helps you to "blow off steam" any more effectively- but it is certainly effective in terms of making you sound unintelligible and ditzy, qualities which, as you have seen, will not serve you well here.

Anyway, it's an improvement in both of you.

 well, alterego, maybe you will understand that it is for my own reasons and gratification that i do it. I explained myself on the old forum. I can't believe i'm doing it again. for the last time, dude!!!!!!

 What do you find so gratifying about using multiple exclamation points and terms like "dude" every few words? Do you consider it to be your signature style... your "swagga".. what? I'm genuinely curious. I txt with several people, and while abbreviations are common, none of them speak as you do. 

It is a pre-fabricated mask. And a poorly fashioned one, at that. My question is, why do you use it so consistently? 

 what i use here is the epitome of what my hb and his family hate about how i communicate via txt, fb, etc.
