Let's talk some psychology!

haha, i think feeling "bad" is kind of dumb. it's immature to rebell against sociatal norms.. for what reason? so that you can feel unique? i like to consider myself as a developer/business type of person. becasue i relate with these cultures, i try to act and dress in a manor that is geeky, cute, yet sharp and serious when i really need to engage in a negotiation.

the point i'm making is that i'd rather blend in to soceity than to stick out and feel unique. my goal isn't to impress others, but more.. to have success and move closer toward my dream. to take a step foward in my life.

i smoke weed because it reduces stress and allows me to enjoy the moment. also, i don't smoke that much. perhaps a couple very small bowls a day. :P

it's not me always mentioning that i smoke weed. people bring it up. perhaps it's because in the universe they live in, weed is bad. in mine though, it's the killer of stress-- and some would argue that it's stress that is the killer of humans :P i am proud that i smoke weed though. it promotes relationships and introspection on a level that any non smoker wouldn't be able to even relate to.

We can't have discussions and flip variable and come to conclusions amongst each other because you can't tolerate criticism or an opposing view. That is the entire point. That is why I didn't address anything else.

The rest of your post indicates some personality disorders and there's really no point in explaining that further because it will be dismissed by the one person that truly needs to read it. You.

Where have I ever said weed was bad? Where have I ever said I was against it? I said that not all drugs are for everyone and there is a distinct difference in your posting behavior when you've mentioned the use of it. Here, have a link. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2811144/

I already told you my perspective. Why don't you respond to it?

To engage in the question you just asked: Who are the people you talk about? All people? All people you've met?
I don't think you fully understand (neither do I to be fair) the delicate balance between multiple types of personalities in a society. The type of person you're desribing in your previous rants are what you like to call sheep. These are the followers and yes sayers, the glue that pastes different groups together in a society (which is a pretty important function if you think about it). While this is a large group of the population, it is not at all the dominating one. You make it seem like everyone is an idiot who doesn't think ahead  and that is just plain wrong.

Also, people have made some very strong point in this thread and if you can't acknowledge that you're either a troll, delusional or unable to read.

My theory isn't that some are sheep and some aren't. My theory is that If we look at the entire world as bacteria what do we see? We see bacteria fighting teeth and nail for survival in China. We see a struggle between government and the people.

In America, what do we see? We see people with nothing to be afraid of. They have a simple job, or worse yet, live off the government, they watch the TV in their free time, and what do they do in their other free time? Talk with their friends. Sure they talk during dinner, or during vacation or whatever, but 99% of the time, they are talking, and worst of it all-- nothing they are saying has value. It's simply for the sake of the relationship. It's an act.

This is becasue the bacteria in America has a very easy system. Resources are plentifull, and human creativty has value. The creative people have certain taken advantage of that, but the lazy people. The people just doing what the creative people tell them.. it's not good. It's creating 2 different kinds of Human being, and those two kinds are certainly not equal. What we see is the bacteria simply getting complacent. It's no longer a fight for survival. It's just a fat lazy bacteria, and that would be fine if they weren't hurting our economy.

So in what ways is this fat lazy bacteria hurting Humanity? Well, the key point is that there is a LOT of them. They are all over the 1st world, and they are putty in the hands of the media corporations. As a result of this, their oppinions are extremely biased toward a capitalist ran system. The exact system that hurts them.

Not only this, but let's consider this bactera in terms of goals. Do they exist because they are reaching for something? No. These people are so absent of mind, that they don't even have control over their own daily habbits. They get in these repeating schemeas and they just do it over and over because they enjoy the safety. The security. They think they are making progress in their life, I'm sure, but when they are viewed externally, they are clearly delusional in that aspect. Isn't it sad to have such a large group of people who are living for no other reason than to exist? That is a virus, and it's bad for democracy.

his question still stands then, as you were referring to members of the forum. why don't you enlighten us as to how we could show our gratitude?

and while we're on the subject you attacked me first, you then attempted to paint yourself as a matyr.
