about the auto refresh. we call that ajax. and yes, we plan to ajax the forums very soon. we will need to in order to have an isntant messenger that doesn't require a refresh.
about advertising and donations.. i'm a little bit at a loss on how to do it. i just can't see many people donating. but yeah, if you have any ideas on things you think we can do to gain some funding, let me know.
