Been there, done that.
You know, if you plan it out and stash food near the computer you can drastically reduce the number of times you are forced to leave its general vicinity. That way you can work on your tan and bask in the screen's serene and oddly comforting light all day long without any upsetting interruptions.
This is perhaps something you should look into as well, Spatial. Leaving "multiple times a day" does not sound very healthy.
