 Hmmm, around 4 days now, with about 6 hours sleep total. Maybe more or less, cant actually remember.

They are not my favourite experience in the world. Usually shadows attaching themselves to people, faces changing and altering , eyes moving in strange ways etc.

A big joint and a bottle will cure it, have had to hold off as am just about to finish this job which means no more random drug testing. THAT, truly sucks.

random drug testing is for cunts. i'd like to hear your voice at some point.

have you ever tried a massage to help with the insomnia?

 I have tried it yes. 

Sometimes it is far better than any liquor or smoke, but due to an old recurring injury, that makes it sometimes just too annoying and I get shitty and hostile because I want to relax and cant ;-) (double edged sword)
