 A toe stub or gut punch hurts bad. Plenty of things hurt real good though.

 I believe so yes, though Im not sure what the half life of psilocybin is, but I think that if you are sensitive/desensitised , it will affect differently. 

Also have to take into account that some meds could act as protaganist or blockers.

I'm not on meds, nor do I have a history of them beyond experimentation, so that can't be the case.

The two I was with had pretty bad trips. It seemed to start off well enough for them, until the comfort of our environment was interrupted jarringly. It ruined their whole night.

 I don't drink port. I'm a whiskey drinker - Jack Daniels or Johnny Walker.

 And the three threads at the top tonight are Sex, Drugs, and Murder.

With emotions poking in every once in a while.
