 Another gang member walked over and gave Alterego a hard kick to the head, "The stupid bitch is hallucinating again" he said. "Thrill Kill will be amused that this little meat bag was imagining her cunt". Then he kicked the bitch again, while Alterego lay there crying her eyes out.

Cain shoots thrill kill in the head, and says "gtfo of my s tory" as if he knew he was in a fictional story.

Looking toward the fourth wall he thought he could see as he speaks this, the gang notices him staring off into space, distracted from obvious danger.

Meanwhile, Alterego picks a rock from the ground and uses it to beat Thrill Kill to death and becomes the new gang leader.

 XxcainxX disagreed , and calmly shot her in the face...again

After taking a hard beating and a bullet to her head (first time Cain missed) Thrill Kill was dead for sure.

 But XxcainxX shoved a sharpened broom inside her snatch and twisted, just to make sure.

Fortunately, Thrill Kill is immortal and cannot be killed. She turns to XXcainxX, who is shaking like a leaf after realizing that shooting Thrill Kill was the worst possible decision of his life.

Thrill Kill turns on Cain (fuck all those X's) and by the time she's done with him, his body is neatly packed in separate body bags and shipped off to members of his family. Minus his head, which Thrill Kill kept as a trophy.

 then she woke up , lying in bed next to her repugnant boyfriend.
