How many countries involved before it's called a world war?

Sure there is a lot of stuff stewing but I doubt USA wants to take anything on that is not standard warmachine stuff. However, they might have no choice if other countries take action first, for once.

Anyway bring it on. Nukes and all.

 There will be no WW3. And if there was, USA would rule the world when it finished, and then give it all back (except the oil fields) because we don't want to deal with the rest of the world's economic issues~
