 if you actually read the news... and I don't mean watch the daily show, you'd know that the conflict in syria is a sensitive one, we've made statements about getting involved in the conflict because the syrian regime has been using chemical weapons on its own people... and china has said it would back the syrian regime if we got involved...

How much do you weigh, what's your hieght?

Would you concider yourself skinny or fat?

Is it hard or easy for you to get fat?

What are your goals with lifting?

How often do you do cardio - like activities (running, cycling, sex, etc)

 

 

Bulking wasn't working that well.  Shake in the morning before running, and a post shake after lifting.  Steady diet of 3k calories/day.  During bulking I limit my cardio to 1 hour per day.  I've stopped lifting since then and stuck with cardio about 5k every other day and a long run on the weekends.
