Mostly they both rotate clockwise to me but if i blink, once in ahwile the cat will start going the other way.

 Correct ballet (regardless of the incorrect arm and lower foot positions) and the general law of physics-aesthetics would dictate that the woman is rotating counter-clockwise.

 They're rotating clockwise to me also, but I can shift my focus so the woman is spinning in the opposite direction.

 Oh that's fucking freeky. The cat counter clockwise. Look at the woman and then back to the cat and the cat goes clockwise. Look away and the cat is back to counter clockwise. I did this several times to make sure.
