 Just sounds like you interpreted what "shape your own reality means" in a Holmes-style, and now you say reality is objective.

ETA: I should add that I appreciate the "unaskable" questions myself. It's hard to find a forum where they can be discussed without judgement and much gnashing of teeth.

I for one do not believe objective reality can exist. If this is the case, then all morality is subjective, therefore sociopaths arent outrageous because they have no morals. A hundred years ago gay marriage was seen as morally wrong in American society, now it is almost as if it is morally wrong to not allow it. Sociopaths are just ahead of the game and see nothing as morally wrong, including drowning children in front of decapitated parents. Maybe in a hundred years, it will be morally wrong to stigmatize socipaths. (In my own opinion, I think morality is for the weak, but again thats my opinion).

We're on our way to bettering ourselves. With raised consciousness, maybe anal sex would be seen as an abomination. If you ask me, it is, people end up in diapers from that so the result of that is no good. If two men love one another I don't see why they cannot be together. Marriage in itself I think is pretentious, even though God suggests it, but what do I know ? People need to believe in something in order to seal their deal, I just think it's a greater expression if two people could uphold their word independantly. Maybe marriage is like training wheels until we are properly developed.

In this day and age, I think it's wrong to stigmatize sociopaths. People do it cause they are conditioned to, and it is expected that a sociopath will turn on you. When we are properly developed, I think there will be no hiding. A sociopath is under the same laws by both man and nature. To rob them of their rights, would make the typical mind into a nazi, which would go against our development as a more surpreme version of our species. As always change is in order.

 I knew you would have a problem with this.  Reality exist in an objective state, it's the limited fishbowl of your mind that tries to make sense of it. A train is a train. A thunderstorm is a thunderstorm. An apple is sweet. You know I have always enjoyed your thought process.  I have accepted what is real, now I can learn to manipulate what I can in order to change my circumstances, but when that thunderstorm comes... I still have to find shelter or be at the mercy of the reality that the storm could kill me.  I can't say to myself " it's not a storm, it's not a storm, it's not a storm", because it IS and its effect of natural causes is bringing severe weather my way.
