It's basically Mexican Sleeping Pills. When mixed with alcohol, in sufficient doses, you don't even remember the experience, as well as becoming a bit more susceptible to suggestion, if you don't pass out.

I'd say it could be a kinky form of fun if you could remember it happening (and had that level of trust in the person or people with you), but blanking out the experience makes it largely pointless.
