It's on Newnet (irc.newnet.net), called #ASPD and if you are unfamiliar to the IRC concept, you can connect through for example Mibbit.

Newnet supports Vhost, and it takes less than an hour to get one (if you feel you'd want one).

Logging on without any protection you will still have the system masking your host. They might see what ISP you use though.
