I think the author of the letter should be euthanized. Her kind is too plentiful. Seriously, she wants everyone the same? Those people should be dealt with properly. She typed that stuff up on a computer, and her mediocre kind couldn't even write the simplest program. They serve no purpose, just as consumers. And we have too many of those already, we only have this planet. They offer nothing new, they just want a status quo. So she married and had children. Whoop whoop, what a great thing she did. Everyone applause. No one ever did that before.

This is exactly what they do to children with down syndrome as they are usually mentally retarded and they can detect this disability before birth. Even though I agree with Jay, I don't think that those funny sounds kid is making are troublesome enough to take any actions whatsoever. His parents can do whatever they want, besides kid is playing in his backyard which is his family property.

The person who sent the letter is also pretty dumb. Letter is offensive but not productive at all, at least not as it was meant to be.
