OMG you're an idiot... I learned how to 'use' a balisong when I was like 12... they are nothing but a showy toy to do neat tricks with... they're crap for real knife work... even the "good" ones...

I'm not sure, they've just always held a certain fascination for me. Not just knives but swords to, though I prefer knives. I always used to have my dad show me his antique swords when I was 5 or 6.

yes .. I have one, not a tourist ripoff one , but not a proper ghurka issue one either. middle of the road. Nice blades, cold steel also put one out I believe.
