Just a review on Regular October’s boxycharm
im so happy I got the dose of colors mauves palette as that color story is my literal jam. I love the formula it’s so soft and effortless, it blends itself in such a perfect way but yet stays so pigmented and looks so flawless
I really want to get the other ones that go with the set, just the browns and such. I’m not interested in the orange peach one.
but yeah dose of colors is seriously the bomb
their lipsticks are killer too
the brand quality wise is truly a knotch above and belongs in the highest end of the high end makeup. It’s beautiful.
the glossy primer I was excited about because the packaging is so cute although I already have two touch in soul primers now? Maybe three? This is a fourth. They’re all great primers. This did make my skin look like glass like it claimed it was really weird lol like I sprayed my face with windex. It is a very good tacky base for laying down foundation on... and changes the finish of your skin.
the lip pencil is literally the most beautiful shade although the formula is dry because it’s a wooden one, I like that because they don’t waste away as quickly as the smooth greasy formulas in non pencil form do. It’s like you pay 700 dollars for .3 of product. Where as this you get a whole pencil u know will last. With creamy ones I fill my lips twice and the product is gone. With this I did it and the thing barely made a dent in it.
I know this is going to last and stay on it’s a great formula and, it’s the same color as a fave of mine from Kylie so a great staple for creating my fave nude lip looks. (I love nudes) so I’m happy I have more product to work with. Before I was worried I was running out.
the only miss for me was the final product the lip gloss. From iconic London, it has a plumping minty taste/feel going on so it’s tingly and smells like mint. I prefer sweet ones. But yeah the plumping reallt did plump my lips a bit so it really does work and the formula isn’t terribly sticky it was very even and glossy without being goopy or tacky and it was nice and subtle nude shade, more on the transparent side tho. But the formula was thick... which I don’t like. And.. when it gets in your mouth you swallow it and it gets stuck in the back of your throat and the mint started making my throat feel like it was swelling up or something or itchy and tingly I don’t know. So for that reason I don’t like it because I don’t like what happens when it travels to the back of your throat which, it inevitably will. And it also tastes bad and is thick and gross in your mouth.
not something I normally would buy although it does look pretty and does what it says, it’s just not like the best gloss they could of chosen for the box to really wow us in my opinion!
all in all though beautiful box it came together nicely and created a good look, all for so so cheap so I cannot complain!

I wound up getting the Steve Madden boots. super disappointed I can't get the greta LPA boot
also I wanted the snake skin ones too by LPA
but this will have to do for now because I need these for my halloween party outfit
so yeah went ahead and placed the order.
if you want any of these boots in a cheaper form, check out ASOS and Zara, or just google around. it's totally doable.
I just am a believer in, why not spend a lil extra and get the thing you *really* wanted and will cherish. but I understand sometimes that's just not in the question so.
I highly recommend ASOS for their shoe section, it's absolutely amazing. They have literally every trending item that's current, duped, and so much cheaper. <3
