How?
@2:13 the glittery stuff she uses at first looks fun but ultimately serves no purpose. I just like glitter and thought it was super pretty and wish there was a highlight that looked as pretty as this, and a powder. I actually *like* to be glittery, some people hate it but. I'm like yes. (full size the video to see the full effect of the glittery amazingness. it took my breath away)
contour palette is orange and the white is ashy
brows don't look professional
eyeshadow subpar
glitter pod shadow thing is not the best glitter topper there is in the world, doesn't pop on the lids as bangin as others do and it would aggravate the shit out of me for not being popping enough
highlighter leaves a "cast" which is actually a sign of a cheap powdery highlighter
eyeliner had to be built up to be black, and wound up looking chunky on the bottom lash line for sure. but on the top it just looks thick in all the wrong ways because she had to build it up it leaves room for error in precision on creating a wing.
u can get first swipe true black liners for a few more dollars and that way u get a really precise wing that doesn't look like a five year old did it that is too thick
this is the final look: a hot mess.

^everyone is talking about this so I'm curious what it's all about ;) if it has alcohol in it tho I'm not buying. bad for ur skin. bad!
Laura Mercier baked powder 01: https://go.magik.ly/ml/qbxs/
^this highlighter makes her look like a mannequin... yes. yes please. yes.
and those lip shades/formulas all look amazing, especially haunting from black moon cosmetics oouuu
she has the best taste in lipstick shade/formulas I swear
probably because being fair skinned as she is, you *really* have to get it right. Just one hair too this or too that, it will really stand out on her.
all the colors she selects every video for lipsticks are to die for in my opinion (but she said she loves mauves like the Lolita palette from Kat von d type of vibe and I have to agree I am partial and love mauves too so that might be why I like what she picks)
but there is something to be said for *excellent* taste and I can see it, she just naturally has an eye for the *perfect* lipstick. It's a skill it really is. Or talent.
I like, her ability in this area and seeing what shades she recommends next. What she's found in the dark crevices of the makeup world. the hidden gems.
she does a good job of that.
I've been wanting to try the makeup revolution eye toppers forever because they look beautiful. I was annoyed with the price but unfortunately that's where the bar has been set by other drugstore eye toppers so they can *technically* get away with it. but if they were half price or something, having a sale I def say nab these up if u see them.
the problem is they're always SOLD OUT. cuz they're that good. I mean the shelves were literally *cleared* at my local store so. LOL good luck (I think as soon as they came out, Tati or someone huge like raved about them right when they dropped and yeah, they were gone in minutes after they stocked the shelves lol) I went the day they launched and they were GONE and I was like oh.... lol...
I couldn't find them anywhere and I asked the employee where th section for makeup revolution was. and he was like you're standing in front of it. they're just all gone. and I was like oh........ :( sad in my heart lol
I've been wanting to try the makeup revolution foundation and concealer as well.
and yeah a lot of people have been talking about the PUR foundation she mentions in this video as well and I'm curious to try it, might get a sample size and just give in and try it already.
if you're going to try any of the new foundations, please get a sample size. it's enough to take home, wear for a few days in a row full face, and see. do u really fuckin wanna spend 40 bucks on an entire bottle of this.
this makeup look is too circus-y for me ahh
but this tinted moisturizer is honestly the best foundation type thing I've seen her wear, on her skin so she is correct in it being her new favorite. the concealer however is, not enough coverage for my liking.
but unfortunately over freckles, it probably won't cover enough and, things that are light coverage over freckles can either look *amazing* and natural, or will look *really bad like someone just tried to smear my freckles with a napkin and now they're like a shit stain on my face or something*
so there is a fine line and the only way for me to know is if I try it (the struggle is real)
also the lip products she uses at the end, and the lip oils she uses at the end look delicious.
that is all.
oh yeah and interested in the LA girl setting spray, seems to be a happy medium between matte, and extreme glow dewyness. like just a natural finish with a hint of glow and dew.
