The Barbie dream mansion, but with lots of floor to ceiling windows, and as a penthouse suite in NYC

I've always wanted to move to California since I've been visiting there because of my Dad as a kid.

I've seen the entire state, up and down all over it. And in my opinion, the best areas, are malibu, laguna/new port, and calabassas.

this house needs a lot of work if you click and look at the rest of the images, especially the exterior. but it's very hidden and tucked away, inconspicuous, nothing ostentatious. which I like. 

the thing that bothers me about it though, is that it's literally walking distance from a "church of science" which freaks me out. It gives me a bad vibe. Like, creepy scientology cult, vibes. 

So I don't like it for that reason. Like ew I don't want to be anywhere near on of those things. 

Also, its really close to mullholland, which is literally 10x nicer, but the same cost. Like if you're going to get a million dollar house, it really could be better than this one and in a better location. 

But I just really like the ceiling and the view of nature seeing nothing but trees. Thats the vibe I like. It's very "California style" and that's just what I like haha.
