Wonder if by the time the old generation is gone will people already accept that war is stupid. I mean if the younger generations are failed to be persuaded by the old to continue looking at life the same way people did a century ago. I do see a lot of reactionary phases and thrashing about with stuff like templar crusader larpers or whatever. I mean people have already been brazenly joking for decades that war is just one-sided theft, and glorifying it makes less and less sense and hardly even made sense far in history. Even ironically glorifying it seems like old humor with stuff like Helldivers 2.

i was in a psychological mindset in which i felt i had little control over life and felt drawn to a fantastical notion of war providing easy access to purpose
