I can't decide if I should or shouldn't let her keep doing it, my biggest concern right now is I don't want her biting or scratching anyone else, but when she does it she does it lightly not enough to leave scratch marks or anything visible

I pretty much just  answered my own question, if she starts biting or scratching anyone else I have to stop letting her do it to me I decided, because not many people like it but some people dont mind like me

How social is your cat with strangers?

Very, she likes chilling on peoples laps and hates being alone

I'd say try to curb the behavior while another person is there, if they're that understanding of a person? It'd likely help with the established division of boundaries between "specific humans" instead of just "humans".

How hard does she scratch/bite?

gently, no marks or scratches or anything

In my personal opinion, it's fine as long as you can figure out how to get her to stop doing it when it's undesired behavior. They get much closer and chattier if you try interacting and communicating as a blend of theirs and your own behaviors (ie: using your body language instead of just words).

Cats are smart, if you work at it within the right circumstances she should be able to tell the difference between who is and who isn't into it.

get her toys instead

don’t let her do your shoes clothes or blankets couch etc

you’re training her to think your hands are prey

wnd she will destroy everything you own

distract with toys

dangly ones

get scratching post and other toys she can play with

That never became an issue for me nor others I've seen of a similar mindset from being open and playful with critters in those ways. Cats are smart, they can differentiate between different things more than a lot of other animals can.

This part's good to go with.

It isn't hard to establish boundaries with your cats. The only part that makes it an individual case is over who they are as a cat, not how cats are as a species. If they don't respect you for instance then there's no reason for them to listen to you, but respect can be gained through more than an authoritarian mindset.

Again, it's not a dog. I love dogs, but a dog's like a child while a cat's like a teenage roommate.

Did you have a bad experience with a cat running your life or something?

Toys are great for bonding and interacting with your kitties, but it forms a distance between the two. You need to be able to rub and nudge with them, allow them to make some mistakes on the path to learning how to do things, if they're to really bond and feel uninhibited.
