The thing about the documents case. The President has the power to declassify and keep documents even after their term. What Trump did wasn't illegal.
Another thing they found about that case is that the FBI admitted under oath that they doctored evidence.
- The FBI raided Mar a Largo unmarked. That means they raided a place that is protected by secret service unmarked. Which could've resulted in death.
- The FBI was granted permission to use deadly force during the raid.
- MSM was there, just as CNN was live on the scene when Roger Stone was being swatted at 5AM.
That case had too many holes in it.
- 2nd court case
Next case is with Judge Engoron who famously smiled and shrugged on day 1 of them going after Trump over his claims of his property value.
Litisha James rallied on the promise to get Trump. She was elected and she had to fabricate something so it was about Mar a Lago bring inflated.
Judge Engoron decided that Mar-a-Lago is worth 18 million dollars, despite the fact there is a smaller empty lot down the street going for over 100 million.
Mar-a-Largo has 126 rooms and was constructed in 1927 for 7 million dollars.
$7,000,000 in 1927 is equivalent in purchasing power to about $126,392,241.38
Deutsche Bank testified that the loan to purchase the property was paid for in full with interest and that they are happy to do future business with the Trump Organization, but Engoron found Trump guilty and was order to pay 450,000,000. That charge was reduced to 175,000,000. Litisha James was also threatening if the fine wasn't paid she would repo Trump Tower.
An insurance company stepped in to pay the fine stating that the Trump organization is good for it.
.
- 3rd court case
The hush money trial.
First, there is no such thing as a hush money trial, that is a MSM buzz word. They would be referring to an NDA which isn't illegal to begin with, but now all of a sudden it is, because like the others, this too is a fabricated case a head of the elections by a DNC appointed judge.
What they found...
- Michael Cohen ( Trumps ex lawyer ) had nothing on Trump when he needed there to be.
- Cohen wanted to be endearing to Trump and took the initiative to handle a false claim that was circulating about Stormy Daniels. Endearing to the point where Cohen took money out of his house to pay off Stormy Daniels without Trump's knowledge.
- The court found that Cohen stole $30,000 from Trump, which later turned into $60,000 stolen.
- Stormy Daniels was subpoenaed to attend and she played victim. Bill Mahar of all people called her out for saying how she wasn't a victim on his show. Stormy Daniels also owes trump $600,000 from a previous trial.
- In Trump's paperwork, the NDA was listed as a "legal expense". Legal experts insist this isn't a felony.
The details about this case goes even deeper. Judge Juan Merchan is appointed by Biden, his daughter has a way of making millions of dollars off of this case, he insists he isn't bias. There is also a DNC member who took a paycut to be part of the team going after Trump in this case.
34 counts guilty verdict. This also did serious damage to New York. No one wants to do business there now.
At the time of the guilty verdict. Trump smashed the all time record, which was probably his previous record, for donations everyday for a week or so.
