A woman's ideals and aspirations are simply a product of her environment. She is simply a slut willing to please what the "general consensus" of the people in her life says.
Ramp up on this attraction by being a "challenge" and a flirt. "HURR DURR THIS IS LIKE VAGINA OR THIS IS LIKE SEX PENIS" analogy. She'll love that, because she's brainless. That's how she starts getting the hots for you. At this stage, she's testing the waters. You need to be on top of your game to lure her in. You need to always leave her wanting more. That's how you get her to love you, she needs to always want more of you.
How to get her to commit: You need to make her want YOU to commit to HER, not the other way around. Many ways to do this, the easiest is: You need to make her jealous here. They are territorial animals, but absurdly, not because it's in their nature, but rather because they believe in the "monogamy" instilled by their environment. Lie if you have to, say you're going on dates with other women, or seem interested in other women, who gives a crap. The whore is interested in getting a "promise" out of you, because she knows you'll keep it. Get a good price for the promise of commitment my man, because the whore will try to stretch that contract thin and wide for all it's worth.
How to keep a woman: There are two paths to take:
1) Abuse the fuck out of her so that she trauma-bonds with you and cannot leave you.
There are tons of ways you can abuse her. Your goal is to isolate her from all the people she's talking to. Since women are slaves to their social environment, if you and your friends (actual friends, that will help you keep the bitch) are her only source of social interaction, she will comply to anything you say. Any abusive pro "pua" technique, achieves this one thing. Lowering her confidence, just makes her interact with the other people in her environment more, and so on and so forth. You do not gain control over a woman through threats, fear, blackmail, or anything silly like that. NO. You control a woman by controlling her environment.
2) Be awesome and content enough with your life to such a degree that if she does leave, you can replace her at the snap of your fingers.
It's the same as the first, except that you're so much of a fucking chad, that any normal environment would consider you the alpha. By being in such a position of power, you don't have to abuse your woman, and isolate her, because her environment is already favorable to you. Because of that, she will stick to you all the same as she would in the abused case.

Now, this is where you start with the abuse, so that you end up isolating her and having her doing your bidding. This is what most pimps do, that's why the whores never leave the pimp, no matter how abusive he is.
There is the third way. The beta way. There are way more women than there are chads or sociopaths, and the god damned whores, have to fuck. So they just find a guy that's willing, cuff him up, and give him a miserable existence under the guise of love. Insecure bitches do this a lot. They will cheat with sociopaths and chads if they have the chance, and will never respect the beta. However, since whores are plentiful, not all whores manage to find someone to cheat with, so they stay "loyal" to betas.
