meditation is close to torture for my stimuli addicted feeble mind
I am considering getting into meditation, I am top anxious about doing the next thing and feel like it would do me good to slow down here and there and be okay with doing nothing for a bit.
I try but with a racing mind it's never really empty, but rather constantly emptying.

Try this, but use a VPN. I got caught once downloading a TTC lecture.

Thanks
No problem. That was my starting point, I got a meditation pillow to sit on now and everything. I've been doing yoga nidra (sleep yoga) from a course by TTC too, it's made me sleep 100% of the times I tried it. Which isn't always the point of it, but as an insomniac it helps a ton. I'm doing night mode on Windows, taking Doexpin and doing that to sleep. The stuff works, it's a matter of having the right person explain the process.

Same. Whenever I want to meditate I'd just play video games instead. Way more stimulating.
