I already know which ring lights soft boxes and tripod to buy, and I already have a good camera

sony a5000 or whatever

all I need is one of those ASMR mic's

and I could make ASMR videos

(I love certain ASMR it helps me insanely with depression and anxiety)

and I would like to join the community as I think I would be good at knowing what will comfort other people struggling with the same things I do...

providing that ANTI-ANXIETY contENT

these are the best like self care, ASMR videos I've seen. so this is the vibe I would go for too on my channel like super spa like and soothing and calm

I've probably watched that top video to ground myself from panic attacks now about 800 times, it helps a lot.

oh this isn't for like respect of monetary gain or views etc,

it's just something I enjoy about the youtube community and could see myself contributing to

because I know a lot about what works and what doesn't for soothing anxiety and what anxiety/dissociation, depression is like etc.

like some videos, if I'm like really bad off mentally and depressed, people will mention stuff in the videos that just triggers my depression more or reminds me of sad things and makes me worse lol

so I would know like, what not to say, what to do, etc. that would like really help people out who are majorly struggling with this kind of stuff.
