Yes, I did

Why are there nine hamburgers instead of seven?

Because Nine Ate Seven?

Maybe... Just maybe... Nine minus seven is two, and the artist wants to tell us that two days is what we really have in a week -- the weekend. It's a wake-up call for us to stop wasting away at work and start enjoying life.

Delora would enjoy the rat treatment from 1984 though. He'd probably stubbornly refuse her pleasure for a long time.

Honestly when I read 1984 and they had that final scene where Winston Smith is in the room 101, and he betrays that only real thing in his whole life, so the girl he ran way with, and begs they torture her instead of him, it's so fucking disturbing I was just dumbfounded, probably sat like 5 minutes staring at the book. You can feel the character breaking. It's unreal.

I've had the opposite reaction to it. Think I had a grin on my face while reading it.

A shadow not so dark.

But it was still very memorable, no?

I have a very dirty mouth but when I write professionally I keep it G-rated. It's the interviews that kill me.
