MGTOW is also arguably another humane solution to population downsizing, as has been demonizing socially the idea of mentally ill people reproducing through social stigmas. Arguably the Trans-Trender movement is yet another humane way of having people remove themselves from the gene pool, and even LGBTQ acceptance could mean less social pressures to breed. 

Planned Parenthood is yet another humane source of population control as well, as is increasing the general intelligence of people, as more IQ tends to mean less children, the "Idiocracy" model:
