I see saying good job to terrible things as how to enable worse things, especially when they are already so quick to rebuke critique. 

She's only looking for enabling, for patting on the back, which is a large part of why she won't say who the cake's even for. 

 She's not gonna stop making quality threads. I don't care if her cake's quality or not.

They liked it , people ate it, one girl said it was soft and the icing tasted good , and senior staff said I was really talented she was “jealous of my talent”
